200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Hybrid Training Structure:
50-HOUR ONLINE STUDIES AT YOUR OWN PACE
140-HOUR IN-PERSON YOGA IMMERSIVE, EXPERIENCED TOGETHER APRIL 27-MAY 9, 2024 IN SAYULITA, MEXICO
50 hours are completed online at the trainee’s own pace optimally before our in-person immersive yoga training. Late sign-ups may complete the self-paced study during or after the training (certification is received after completion of 200 hours).
150 hours are completed together during the in-person immersive April 27-May 9. This portion will be hosted at the gorgeous yoga shalas of Hotelito Los Sueños in Sayulita, Mexico.
The immersive nature of yoga trainings transports you to dive-deep on the yogic path. Cultivate a daily routine of the yoga practice + other ayurvedic yogic practices that support your biology + healing and your personal growth. Combining movement, breathwork, meditation, kriya etc with being surrounded by tropical nature [a block from Sayulita beach!!!] helps us to connect to Self + Source even deeper. The word yoga is Sanskrit meaning: to connect [to Self and Source.]
